A chiropractic radiological diplomate, Dr. Cox is capably qualified to review imaging, be it CT scan, MRI, or plain film. Being the innovator of Cox Technic Flexion Distraction and Decompression, he is experienced in working with the toughest cases as well as the most common cases of spine pain. Overviewing cases that have detailed clinical examination findings and history reports and correlating such with imaging studies to establish treatment plans that may help patients in their quest for pain relief is a passion. Spine pain cases involving low back pain, neck pain, leg pain, arm pain and other such spine-related pain due to disc herniation, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, instability, degenerative scoliosis, and other spine conditions may be challenging, mundane or unique. 1. RADIOLOGICAL ONLY - $150 for a written report of an overread imaging interpretation of MRI or CT
2. RADIOLOGICAL PLUS TREATMENT PLAN #1 - $250 for an emailed or faxed written report of the overread study of history, exam findings and imaging interpretation with clinical recommendations for treatment
3. RADIOLOGICAL PLUS TREATMENT PLAN #2 - $500 for written report plus up-to-30 minutes telephone personal consultation of history, exam findings and imaging interpretation with clinical recommendations for treatment.

Payment via a check to "FWCRC" is requested when the radiological only or treatment plan consultation is scheduled. FWCRC does not file insurance.

Please send a written letter indicating your desire for either a TREATMENT OR RADIOLOGICAL CONSULTATION which includes the following

• examination findings from your physician
• clinical observations from your physician
• history - your written account and/or your physician's
• imaging studies - Actual images are requested (films or CD). - Your imaging will be returned to you.
